Cigal earns professional engineer license

WESTFIELD -- Jeremy Cigal, P.E., recently passed the exam to earn his Professional Engineer license for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

He joined Tighe & Bond in 2002 as an intern and then accepted a full-time position in June 2004, after receiving his Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts.

Cigal has more than six years experience in civil and environmental engineering and has worked throughout Massachusetts on a variety of infrastructure projects that include roadways, waste water, water resources, and solid waste management.

His involvement in these projects includes developing specifications and drawings, computer modeling, preparing project schedules and cost estimates, assisting with bidding administration and contract award, and providing construction administration and observation services.
