Oleksak-Sullivan recognized as Coldwell Banker’s No. 1 sales associate

WESTFIELD – Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England is very proud to congratulate Westfield resident Lisa Oleksak-Sullivan, a sales associate affiliated with the company’s Westfield office, for ranking as the company’s No. 1 sales associate in Western Massachusetts for her sales achievements in 2013.
She also ranked among the top 15 sales associates for unit sales out of more than 3,200 sales associates at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England.
Oleksak-Sullivan was also the No. 1 sales associate in Westfield for unit sales and sales volume in 2013, according to MLS Property Information Network, and was recognized as the No. 2 top-producing agent by the Realtor Association of Pioneer Valley. She is the recipient of Coldwell Banker International President’s Elite award. This distinguished honor is awarded to the top 3 percent of approximately 85,000 sales associates worldwide in the Coldwell Banker system.
Oleksak-Sullivan was recognized for her achievements during a special reception and celebration on April 29 at the State House in Boston. Invited guests enjoyed music, dancing and food, as well as spectacular views of Boston’s skyline. Each year, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage recognizes the work of exceptional sales associates and sales teams through its distinguished awards program.

With 12 years of experience in the residential real estate industry, Oleksak-Sullivan is licensed to sell real estate in Massachusetts and Connecticut. She has expertise in marketing and managing the sale of newly constructed homes, as well as existing residences and commercial properties.
Active in the community, Oleksak-Sullivan has volunteered for many local nonprofit organizations including Noble Hospital, the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Westfield, and the local chapter of the American Red Cross. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the YMCA of Greater Westfield and Westfield on Weekends.
