Coombs earns President's Elite award

LONGMEADOW — Doug Coombs of Wilbraham, a sales associate in the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Longmeadow, has been recognized with the Coldwell Banker International President's Elite award.

This dis-tinguished honor is awarded to the top 1 percent of approximately 90,000 sales asso-ciates worldwide in the Coldwell Banker system.

With more than 30 years of Real Estate exper-ience, Coombs has created marketing systems to help sell houses across the spectrum. These systems helped him sell more than 70 houses last year, five times the national average and placed him in the Top Ten of all Coldwell Banker agents in New England.

The skills, knowledge and contacts he has gained in the banking and financial industry has had a strong impact with the changes in the Real Estate market and provides opportunities for homeowners and investors alike.
