FieldEddy announces appointment of Slezek as COO

EAST LONGMEADOW – FieldEddy has recently announced the appointment of six individuals to senior management and customer service positions.
Lori A. Slezek has been appointed as chief operations officer. In her new position, she will oversee the company’s day-to-day operations, finances, sales and budgetary controls. Slezek has more than 20 years of direct financial management experience including previously serving as a chief financial officer at an independent insurance agency and a director of Administration and Finance at a private nonprofit.
A resident of Southampton, Slezek earned a master of business administration from Western New England University and a bachelor of science in business administration from Westfield State University.
Tom E. Cronin has been appointed as account executive, Commercial Lines. In his new position, he will partner and consult with commercial clients on insurance risk management and advise them on how to protect their business assets. Cronin brings more than 20 years of business sales and marketing experience to FieldEddy.
A resident of Feeding Hills, Cronin earned a bachelor of science in finance from the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts. He is a certified Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist.
Ashley M. Doughty has been appointed as account manager, Personal Lines at Your Choice Insurance in Ludlow. In her new position, she will manage cross-sell accounts and assist customers with any questions and claims they may have.
A resident of Ludlow, Doughty has more than six years of customer service and insurance experience including previously working as a customer service representative and a Personal Lines account manager.
Jason R. Lavallee has been appointed as account executive, Financial Services. In his new position, Lavallee will provide advanced planning strategies to help clients protect their assets and safely grow their wealth by minimizing financial risk and securing their family’s financial future. Prior to joining FieldEddy, he served as a financial services representative and an investment advisor representative.
A resident of Feeding Hills, Lavallee holds a bachelor of science in business administration with a concentration in Finance from Bryant University. He has his Life and Health license and series 6 and 63 registered in Massachusetts and Connecticut.
Natalina Panzetti has been appointed as account manager, Personal Lines. In her new position, she will cross-sell personal lines to commercial and benefits clients and will work with customers to answer any questions they may have and ensure that their insurance needs are being met.
A resident of Wilbraham, Panzetti has more than 30 years of insurance agency experience including previously serving as an office manager, bookkeeper, and Personal Lines customer service specialist.
Taryn M. Siciliano has been appointed Social Media and Brand coordinator. In her new position, she will work to enhance the FieldEddy brand by increasing awareness and consistency through marketing, sales materials, and online and social media marketing. Siciliano has more than 10 years of marketing, public relations and brand management experience including serving as a Convention and Hospitality Services coordinator, Communications director, and Public Relations and Marketing manager.
A resident of Springfield, Siciliano holds a bachelor of science in communications with a focus in public relations and a minor in marketing from Salem State University.
