Kubacki is responsible for the daily operations of Field Eddy & Bulkley, Inc.'s Personal Lines department. She will manage work flow, create procedures and resolve staffing and customer issues for all five offices. A resident of Goshen, Kubacki possesses over 30 years of insurance experience. Prior to joining Field Eddy & Bulkley, Inc., she served as the Personal Lines Manager at MassOne Insurance Agency, Inc. and James J. Dowd & Sons Insurance Agency, Inc. Kubacki is a licensed insurance broker and the former Vice President of the Franklin/Hampshire Insurance Agents Association.
