| Berkshire Bank announces it will offer a free First Time Homebuyers Seminar on May 1 from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. at the Berkshire Bank, Gristmill Plaza, 608 College Highway, Southwick. Buyers will learn the basics from start to finish in pursuing their first home from speakers Marilyn Tkaczzuk, realtor, Bobbie Jo Thiebault, realtor, Atty. Douglas J. Brunner, Mark Demers, home inspector and Sandy Sorel, mortgage originator. All seminar participants will receive info, handouts, a free mortgage pre-qualification as well as opportunity to ask questions one-on-one.
