Ganci added to United Bank team

WEST SPRINGFIELD Richard B. Collins, president and CEO of United Bank, announced this month that Amy Ganci of Chicopee has joined the bank as commercial lending administration officer.
Ganci has nearly 21 years of banking experience, in areas including small business lending and portfolio management, commercial lending, trust and investment, and branch operations. She was most recently assistant vice president and assistant portfolio manager with Webster Bank, N.A. Earlier in her career she was with the bank of Western Massachusetts as senior commercial lending assistant/supervisor and Fleet National Bank, Massachusetts, as senior sales administrator for the private clients group.
In her new position with United Bank, Ganci will be responsible for managing commercial lending associates and monitoring and coordinating workflow, including conformity with standards in booking and the auditing of commercial loans.
She has a degree in business/financial management from Westfield State University, and an associate's degree with a concentration in business from Greenfield Community College. She continued her financial services studies through numerous trainings, continuing education courses, and leadership seminars.
In the community, Ganci serves on the Board of Directors of Dress for Success of Western Massachusetts, and is the former chair of the Professional Women's Group. She was the 2010 team captain for the United Way of Connecticut and past team captain for the United Way of Western Massachusetts Day of Caring.
