Holyoke branch of Citizens Bank adds Grout to mortgage division

HOLYOKE Brian Grout of Wilbraham has joined Citizens Bank as a Mortgage Loan Officer. His office is in Holyoke.

Grout originates a wide range of home financing programs, including both conventional and government loans. He has been in the mortgage business for 13 years. He came to Citizens Bank from MetLife Home Loans, where he was a mortgage consultant.

Grout is a member of Business Networking International. He graduated from St. Michael's College with a bachelor's degree in accounting.

"Citizens Bank is committed to the mortgage business and, specifically, to growing our home financing operation in the Massachusetts market and throughout our retail banking geography," Ellen Steinfeld, senior vice president in the bank's Home Lending Solutions division, said.

Citizens Bank is a division of RBS Citizens, N.A., operating its seven-state branch network. It has 255 branches and 530 ATMs in Massachusetts.
