And, his support of Friendly's annual Cones for Kids fundraiser for Easter Seals is remarkable." McNamara has been instrumental in leading Friendly's corporate sponsorship of Easter Seals. Friendly's annual Cones for Kids campaign has raised more than $25.1 million for Easter Seals since 1981, raising over $619,000 in 2008 alone. "Friendly's recognizes the importance of giving back to the community and we are proud of our partnership with Easter Seals. Our goal is to raise $1 million for children and adults with autism and other disabilities through Easter Seals next year," McNamara said. "I look forward to serving in a governing role with Easter Seals." McNamara holds a Bachelor of Science degree in management from Syracuse University.
