Michael Ravosa named vice president, financial advisor at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney

SPRINGFIELD Morgan Stanley Smith Barney announced recently that Michael Ravosa, CFP, has been promoted to Vice President, Financial Advisor in the firm's Wealth Management office in Springfield.

Ravosa, who has been with Morgan Stanley Smith Barney since 1999, is a native of Longmeadow. He holds a bachelor's degree from American International College (AIC). Ravosa currently lives in East Longmeadow with his family, is active in many AIC alumni associations and the Springfield YMCA, and serves on the March of Dimes Western Massachusetts Board. In 2009, Ravosa earned his Certified Financial Planner designation and was on a Business West "40 Under 40" recipient, an honor bestowed on 40 individuals under the age of 40 who were deemed "best and brightest in their field" by BusinessWest magazine.
