SMART BOATING SAFETY CERTIFICATION COURSE The Center for Business and Technology at Springfield Technical Community College has announced that it will offer a Smart Boating Safety Certification course beginning on June 5. For those requiring Massachusetts State Certification (12-15 year olds), a proctored exam will be offered after the final classroom sessions that will generate the Massachusetts State Certificate of Completion.
