| SPRINGFIELD Beginning Nov. 3, the Realtor Association of Pioneer Valley will sponsor a four-week, 11-class sales licensing course to help individuals prepare for the Massachusetts real estate salesperson license exam. The course will be completed on Dec. 1. Tuition is $235 and includes books and materials. The course outline includes, among other things, property rights, ownership, condos, land use, contracts, deeds, financing, mortgages, real estate brokerage, appraisal, fair housing, consumer protection and Massachusetts License Law. Classes meet most every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday evening from 7 to 9:30 p.m. at the association office, 221 Industry Ave. in Springfield. For an application call 785-1328. |
