| WNEC and Employers Association are accepting registrations for LEAD SPRINGFIELD Western New England College and the Employers Association of the Northeast are now accepting registrations for their Leadership Enhancement and Development (LEAD) certificate program. The intensive, five-day program is designed for businesspeople looking to move up within their organization. Classes will be held on five consecutive Fridays in March from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The highly interactive sessions combine the expertise of Western New England College's professors and the skills of the Employers Association's training and human resources professionals. Participants will gain critical skills to meet the demands of today's business environment. Topics include leadership, communication, managing change, preparing financial statements and budgets, human resource management, and strategic planning.
