Sixty entrants will be drawn from all the entries and they will return on Sunday to qualify for the chance to win the grand prize. Two entrants will quality to be eligible to win the modular home (Shell) and/or the entire contents in the home for a prize package valued at $160,000.

The Home Builders & Remodelers Association of Western Mass (HBRAWM) will also be celebrating a milestone at the show. The association will be marking its 75th year in existence. The association will have a booth at the show where members will distribute free consumer information about a wide range of topics, including the new mandatory continuing education requirements for Massachusetts contractors, as well as a variety of consumer information on how to conduct their building/remodeling projects.

“Our association has been a vital resource for people in the Pioneer Valley for over 75 years. Not only do we serve the residential contractor by providing networking and educational opportunities, we are also here to help the consumer. Whether it is attending our home show, picking up a copy of our latest Consumer Guide to the Building Industry, or calling our office for referrals, our association helps to educate consumers about selecting a reputable contractor that can address all their needs.” Brad Campbell, executive director of the HBRAWM, said.

The admission price to the show is $10, but members can purchase half price tickets. If you use the special discount coupon via www.westernmasshomeshow.com, you can save $6 on the regular admission price on Thursday, $4 on Friday and $2 on Saturday and Sunday. Children under 12 are admitted free.
