World Affairs Council presents program on international business

SPRINGFIELD On May 6, the World Affairs Council will present Edward Guay, Principal of Wintonbury Risk Management, at an Instant Issues brown bag lunchtime discussion titled, "Back to the Future: What Have We Learned Since 1979?" at noon in the Sovereign Bank Community Room, 1350 Main St., third floor in downtown Springfield.
