Body Conditioning with Pilates
One of the fastest growing forms of exercise in the world, Pilates offers a safe, sensible system to improve one's core strength, flexibility and agility. Beginners classes are held at 10:30 a.m. and intermediates meet at 9:30 a.m. on Fridays, Jan. 11 - Feb. 29. Register at the Longmeadow Center at 565-4150. Observers are allowed at the first class.
