| P.L.A.C.E. (Longmeadow's Special Education PAC), Hampden/Wilbraham SEPAC, and East Longmeadow SPED PAC are jointly sponsoring a free Basic Rights Workshop, presented by Julie Sinclaire of The Federation for Children with Special Needs, on Nov. 29 from 7 - 9 p.m. at Birchland Park Middle School, 50 Hanward Hill, East Longmeadow. This workshop is designed to help parents of children in special education better understand their rights and responsibilities and provides them with the information they need to become more effective decision makers and advocates for their child.
