New Group

A new Springfield area group meets Wednesdays from 12:30-2 p.m. at Scantic Valley YMCA, Post Office Park, Wilbraham.

Groups also meet on Tuesdays from 9:30-11 a.m. at Ludlow Boys and Girls Club, 91 Claudia Way, Ludlow and Wednesdays from 9:30-11 a.m. at St. Luke's Greek Orthodox Church, 400 Prospect St., East Longmeadow.

These groups are for parents with children birth to five years old and feature: stimulating activities for children; information about child growth and development; support for healthy families; and a welcoming place for women with stress, anxiety and depression.
