Pajama project

Date: 12/19/2011

The Pajama Project was started by Rev. James P. Brennan of St. Francis Chapel after he was inspired by the tale of a third grade student who could not participate in “Pajama Day.”

Last year, the Pajama Project collected 650 sets of pajamas for local homeless children and families. This year, collections will take place on Dec. 20 and 27, and Jan. 4, 2012, from noon to 1:30 p.m. at the City Walk Café at Tower Square and at The Cruise Store in East Longmeadow, Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
