Scibelli said she desires to teach in a Christian school because I believe it is the setting that allows the optimum benefits in educating the complete child. By standing upon the firm and secure foundation of God s Word, Truth is revealed. Only then is the whole child " body, soul, and spirit " able to be truly educated. By allowing God to work through me as I am used in the education process, I become engaged in ministry and the blessing of educating His children who are being prepared to impact His world with Truth.

She received her Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education degree from Westfield State College and her Master s in Education degree from Western New England College. She has been a teacher at the school since 2002 and had previously taught at Springfield Christian School.

Scibelli is lauded as being a true professional, who is loved and respected by her colleagues, students and parents. The staff and at PVCS sends congratulations to Scibelli for this recognition of her teaching ability.

Scibelli will be honored at a banquet at the Log Cabin in Holyoke on May 7. This is the seventh year of the program.
