Wilbraham anniversary gifts available

WILBRAHAM – Items have recently become available to commemorate Wilbraham's 250th anniversary.

The 250th Anniversary Cook Books have arrived and are available for sale in the Wilbraham Public Library or by calling Virginia Barry at 596-3347 or Roberta Albano at 596-4566. The book is also for sale at the Selectmen's and the Treasurer's offices in the Town Hall. The price is $15.

The Cook Book contains more than 200 recipes submitted by Wilbraham residents, which include main dishes, soups and salads, desserts and appetizers.

The 250th Anniversary Celebration Committee is selling 2013 calendars as a fundraiser for activities next year. To purchase the calendar at $10 contact Helene Pickett at 596-4772 or mail a check for $12 to cover mailing, to 250th Anniversary Committee, P.O. Box 670, Wilbraham, MA 01095.

In addition to the cookbooks and the calendars other 250th celebration items available are lapel pins, T-shirts, Christmas ornaments, original houses artwork will be available at the Wilbraham United Church Holly Fair on Dec. 8 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
