The Polish National Credit Union (PNCU) announced Aug. 5 that Richard C. Andre of West Springfield, has joined the PNCU as vice president of member services. Andre was previously a supervisory bank examiner for the Division of Banks, Commonwealth of Massachusetts for 33 years. He attended American International College and Holyoke Community College.
