Car coupons to aid Red Cross
SPRINGFIELD Starting Jan. 30, seven Jiffy Lube locations in western Massachusetts will ask their customers to purchase a coupon booklet for $5 to help support the American Red Cross Pioneer Valley and Hampshire County Chapters.
The 15-page coupon booklet contains coupons for a year's worth of maintenance services at
Jiffy Lube and is worth over $100 in value.
"Our goal is to donate a total of $12,000 to the Red Cross Chapters, and we're confident our customers will see both the value and good in purchasing a booklet," said Richard Smith, Vice President of Operations for F.L. Roberts, Inc., the local company owning and operating the participating Jiffy Lube locations.
The American Red Cross is not a government funded agency and relies on the generosity of the American public to help thousands of people in the community each year with programs that help prevent, prepare for, and respond to disaster-from fire and other disaster relief to health and safety programs.
F.L. Roberts & Company will donate $4 from every Jiffy Lube coupon book sold until Feb. 28 to the Pioneer Valley and Hampshire County Chapters of the American Red Cross.
