For those in grades 9 - 12. All of us have stress in our lives, but how can we deal with it in a healthy way? There are simple and effective ways to deal with stress. Over 30 years of scientific research show that training in Mindful Awareness Practice can reduce mental and physical distress, leading to greater social ease, more peace of mind heightened focus and concentration and overall well being. In this eight week program, participants will learn and practice Mindful Awareness Techniques, with personalized instruction in a supportive learning environment.
