Jewish Geriatric Services is pleased to announce these recent hires at our healthcare system serving seniors and their families.
Danielle Withroder of Manchester, Conn., has been appointed Development Coordinator at Jewish Geriatric Services. Withroder has a decade of experience in event planning and fundraising for non-profit organizations, most recently with East Catholic High School in Manchester, Conn. She received her undergraduate degree at the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. Withroder was drawn to work at JGS through the reputation of dignity in care at each of the entities.
Celina Conway of Wilbraham has joined the Ruth s House staff as the Director of Community Relations. This graduate of the University of Maine at Orono brings a wealth of experience to her new role. She has provided oversight of state-wide advocacy groups at Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Maine and served as manager of town/gown relations and charitable campaigns at the University of Massachusetts.
Christine Cronin, RN is the new Wellness Nurse at Ruth s House Assisted Living Residence. Cronin received her nursing certification at Providence Hospital, brings 27 years of homecare nursing experience and a personal interest in geriatrics to her new role. Cronin is a resident of South Hadley.
Jennifer Haber, BSW has accepted a social worker position at the Julian J. Leavitt Family Jewish Nursing Home. This South Hadley resident is a graduate of Holyoke Community College and the Elms College.
