Scout hosts CPR training

LONGMEADOW Eighty percent of all life-threatening emergencies occur in the home. Wouldn't you like to be prepared to act? Learn the signs of stroke, cardiac arrest and what to do.

Alex Latka, a Life Scout of Troop 32, will sponsor a CPR Training Program as his Eagle Project. This program will feature certified CPR trainers and a hands-on experience that will teach participants CPR, the Heimlich maneuver and other important lifesaving techniques. Space is limited and reservations must be made soon.
