FOOD FOR THOUGHT SERIES

This month's Topic: "Global Warming: Fact or Myth." Both sides of the issue will be presented. Speaker is Gary S.Moore, Dr., P.H. Yale, Harvard, UMass. The talk will be held at the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Our Savior, 319 Granby Rd (Rt. 202), South Hadley on Wednesday, October 17th at 7:00PM Open to the public at no charge. Everyone is invited. Refreshments will be offered. There is adequate parking and the building is handicap accessible. Call the church office for directions 533-1925. Reservations are not required.



CHURCH DINNER

The Congregational Church of South Hadley Falls will be holding a dinner on Nov.10, 2007 at 6:00 p.m. The menu will consist of Beef Stew, Salad, Homemade Buttermilk Biscuits, Pumpkin Cheesecake, Coffee, Tea, Milk & Juice. The cost is $12 per person, $10 for seniors, $6 for kids (Hot Dogs & Fries), payable at the door. For reservations or more information, please call the church office at 539-9373. Take out is also available by reservation, or, to those unable to attend, we will deliver meals to South Hadley residents at 5:30 p.m.



NEW TV SHOW

South Hadley Community TV is proud to announce " South Hadley Sports Desk" (SHSD)- with hosts Addison Boroff, Dan Dubuc and Camera Operator Francis Collins. This show models itself after the popular ESPN format.

SHSD has been covering South Hadley Football and Basketball games including the western MA Championship game. South Hadley Sports Desk hopes to also broadcast other western mass High School sporting events. SHSD is currently seeking students/adults to join and help produce the program.
