Rebuilding Together Springfield seeks applicants

SPRINGFIELD — On April 30, thousands of low-income homeowners will have something to celebrate.

Rebuilding Together, the nation's leading nonprofit working to preserve affordable home ownership and revitalize communities will undertake National Rebuilding Day. Rebuilding Together's Springfield affiliate will celebrate its 19th annual Rebuilding Day. The more than 200 fellow Rebuilding Together affiliates across the country and the help of over 250,000 volunteers will rehabilitate and improve the homes of low-income Americans at no cost. Recipients of services include the elderly, disabled, military veterans and families with children.

If you live in the city of Springfield, own your own single-family home and qualify as low-income and are in need of home repairs, modifications or rehabilitation, please call our office or download an application from the Rebuilding Together Web site.
