WILBRAHAM Thomas Bretta, of Feeding Hills, is seeking approval of a subdivision plan entitled "Eastwood Drive Extension" located at 30V Eastwood Drive.

The subdivision consists of two proposed building lots fronting on a proposed cul-de-sac extension of Eastwood Drive, on approximately 4.8 acres of land.

Two single family homes are proposed for the site, and the land is currently vacant and wooded with no wetlands on the site, according to paper work filed by Bretta in the Planning Department.

Bretta purchased the land in July. The Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on the matter Oct. 11 at 7:45 p.m. in the Town Office Building, 240 Springfield Street.

In 2004, Bretta purchased Sadowski Farm on Parker Street, in Springfield, where he has been building upper scale homes on the land. He also constructed homes on Tanglewood Drive in 16 Acres.
