| AGAWAM Agawam Street of Flags Fundraiser April 29, at St. John's Church, 833 Main Street, from 4 to 7 p.m. is seeking crafters and independent home-based business consultants. This event is sponsored by the Agawam Veterans' Council to raise money for our Street of Flags. Along with a Ziti & Meatball Dinner, there will be raffles and a craft/vendor fair. For more info on this event or to make dinner reservations, contact the Agawam Veterans Service Office at 786-0400, ext. 236 or 237. To reserve a table, e-mail MEMALA185@aol.com or call Mary Ellen at 789-9844. All proceeds from this event will be used to replace flags and fixtures on our Street of Flags. There are 300 Flags and with your help, we can replace them. This is not a budgeted item - all funds come from donations. |
