| AGAWAM The Friends of the Agawam Senior Center want to thank all those who have already bought the Filene's coupon for Oct. 5. The Friends have more coupons for sale for those people who have not yet purchased them. When someone buys a coupon, he or she will have a pass for all day shopping for 25 percent off all regular and sale price items. There will be a full day filled with fun, events and prizes. There will also be events foe children from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. by the Children's Department, including face painting, balloon animals and popcorn. Meet super model Niki Taylor as her new fragrance "Begin" is celebrated. She will be on hand from 6-8 p.m to autograph bottles of her new fragrance. Attendees could be heading to St. Lucia for a 5 day trip to Coco Resort, valued at $3,000. With the coupon, shoppers will be registered for a chance to win a $1,000 Filene's shopping spree or one of six $250 shopping sprees.
