The Spirit of Springfield hosted a formal evening to celebrate the re-opening of Union Station on June 24.
There was a capacity audience of 550 people who gathered at a decorated grand concourse for dinner and dancing.
Among the guests were Gov. Charlie Baker, Congressman Richard Neal, Mayor Domenic Sarno, state Sens. James Welch and Eric Lesser, state Rep. Angelo Puppolo, as well as local civic and business leaders.
