Lower the age requirement

The other day while visiting the East Longmeadow Town Hall, I was informed by a lovely town clerk that anyone over the age of 70 would be entitled to a complimentary fishing and hunting license. I don't want to sound ungrateful, but at my age I have a difficult time just raising my leg high enough to enter a boat. My hunting exploits would be disastrous as well. I would not feel comfortable in the woods, unless I had a registered nurse monitoring my heart and blood pressure and a physician assistant carrying my heavy gun and equipment. Are you getting my point? This well intended offering comes too late in life for many individuals with health problems to enjoy. Let's lower the age required to 65. Thank you.
