| We would like to thank everyone who helped make the "Summer Starts Tonight" concert, to benefit the Brianna Christine Donovan Foundation, such a successful event. The Waterfront Tavern was packed with family and friends all coming together to celebrate Brianna's life. The night was filled with great music from New Jersey's John Eddie and from locally known band, Talos. We want to thank our children, family and friends for their support and hard work in organizing, promoting and working at the benefit. We would also like to thank all the area businesses and restaurants who were kind enough to donate items to our raffle. Thanks to Doug Brega and Bob Mazzariello for their beautiful artwork that was auctioned off and to Robert Charles Photographs for their generous donation of a portrait sitting and framed 8 x 10. To Nino DelPadre and Mark Archer for videotaping the show, to Ms. Kristen Nordin at ELMS and the Academy of Dance who helped with the sale of tickets, bracelets, CD's and stickers. With all of your help, we were able to raise over $8,000 for Brianna's Foundation. We plan on making the "Summer Starts Tonight" concert an annual event to celebrate Brianna's life, raise funds for scholarships and promote the use of seatbelts. Lastly, we would like to thank all of Briannna's friends for coming through this difficult past nine months with a renewed appreciation for life, and the gift that it is, and for helping to keep Brianna's memory alive.
