| Just a comment on the tremendous improvement to East Longmeadow with the near completion of "Rocky's Shopping Center." The Falcone family spared no expense and has attracted quality tenants such as Spoletos and Starbucks. The facade, the curb appeal and the improvement to an unattractive center of town are striking. As business people, the Falcones could easily have made bottom-line decisions that would have resulted in a functional, but stark, strip mall.
