| I wonder as an officer of the court, how William Scibelli, Selectman of Longmeadow, can knowingly support the illegal actions taken by the Longmeadow Water Commission, of which he is a member. Our water and sewer program, backed by all the Selectmen, is illegal with regards to Mass. General Law, Chapter 48, Sec. 8B and Mass. General Law, Chapter 83, Sec. 16. Both of these violations were brought out in the open before the Select Board at the town meeting on Nov. 27. Scibelli was in attendance. He never raised his voice in opposition to our presentation. He had the option to speak up against this program but chose to accept it. Does this not violate his oath to uphold the laws of Massachusetts? Susan and Sam Altman Longmeadow |
