Poole wins Connecticut State Gymnastics Championships

EAST LONGMEADOW  – East Longmeadow resident Sarah Poole recently won the Connecticut State Gymnastics Championships, held in Dayville, Connecticut, for the fourth year in a row.

Poole, an 11-year-old fifth grader at St. Mary’s Academy in Longmeadow, earned the highest all-around score of the meet with a 36.575 out of 40 points. She swept the vault, bars, beam and floor exercise at the meet. Poole trains at Air Time Gymnastics in Enfield.
