Western Mass Falcons U10 JLS baseball league team finished the season in style winning the leauge title and were crowned playoff champions. The Falcons finished in the league with a 19-1 record and went into the playoffs winning all 3 games, beating the Westside Wildcats 5-3. The Falcons’ overall record was an impressive 30-3. The team is made up of eight boys from Wilbraham – Jeremy Diehl, Owen Gastyer, Harry Hill, Trevor Galenski, Frankie Graziano, Matt Wertz, Gavin Rigney & Ryan Hemenway – as well as East Longmeadow’s Jack Dunaisky, Southwick’s Trevor Corriveau, and Westfield’s Paul Whalley. The team was led by head coach Don Hemenway and assistant coaches John Rigney, Chris Hill and Mike Gastyer and team manager John Galenski.
