Chicopee Savings president and chief executive officer William J. Wagner recently announced the addition of Barbara H. Yelle as its newest member to their staff of bank officers. Ms. Yelle, recently hired as the bank's main office branch officer, oversees the bank's main banking office and customer service departments. Yelle brings with her an extensive banking background with expertise in branch and customer service management, sales and marketing and staff training.
