    LUDLOW The Ludlow Community Center/Randall Boys and Girls Club will be offering Lifeguard Training with CPR. Classes will be held Mondays and Wednesdays from 6 to 9 p.m., March 3 through April 2. Registration will begin Feb. 11.

    Candidates will need to bring a swimsuit, towel and sweatshirt (goggles are optional). Participants must be age 15 or older, be able to swim 300 yards continuously using the breast and front crawl strokes in various combinations; participants must attend all classes to take the final written exam and water testing.
