Adjusted assessments

LONGMEADOW — In accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, the Board of Assessors for the town of Longmeadow has adjusted assessments to “full and fair cash value” as of Jan. 1 for fiscal 2012, which began on July 1. These assessments are pending preliminary certification by the Department of Revenue.

The proposed assessments can be viewed at the following locations:

• Assessors’ Office on the second floor of Town Hall, 20 Williams St., Monday through Thursday between 8:15 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. and on Friday from 8:15 a.m. to noon.
  
  
• Council on Aging — Greenwood Park, 231 Maple Road, Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.
  
  
• Storrs Library, 693 Longmeadow St., Monday through Wednesday between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m., Thursday and Friday between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m., and Saturday between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.
