WNEC speaker to explore balance

Date: 11/8/2010

SPRINGFIELD -- The Western New England College (WNEC) Law and Business Center for Advancing Entrepreneurship will host a presentation on "What's In Your Dash?" by Harold T. Epps on Nov. 9 at noon in the Blake Law Center Commons.

The event is free and open to the public.

The date we were born and the date we die serve as numerical bookends of our lives. Epps will explore how we spend the years in between those dates the dash and the importance of the choices that we make as we balance our professional and personal lives.

Epps serves as president and CEO of PRWT Services, Inc., a 22-year-old company nationally recognized as one of the largest minority-owned enterprise. The PWRT family of companies has revenue in excess of $160 million and employs more than 1,300 people.

Epps received a bachelor of science from North Carolina Central University and a master of business administration from Western New England College.

The WNEC Law and Business Center for Advancing Entrepreneurship was established to provide graduate business and law students with an opportunity to offer practical consultation to entrepreneurs. The initiative uses the combined resources of the School of Law and School of Business to foster new business development.
