Springfield Partners for Community Action can help you navigate the purchase process from locating a realtor and a home inspector to closing the deal, through a four part pre-purchase homebuyer education workshop series. Workshops will be held on May 22, and run through May 25, from 6 to 8 p.m. at their Indian Orchard office, 284 Main Street. Pre-registration is required to attend this free workshop series. Designed to prepare attendees to purchase a first home by making them aware of the risks and benefits of homeownership, the curriculum addresses all aspects of pre-purchase, right up to moving in. |
