Date: 8/3/2009
Young or just young at heart, female or male, a parent or caring adult, able to give three hours a year or three hours a week, the Girl Scouts want you to consider volunteering your time to make the future for today's girls brighter.
Troop Leaders serve as key role models to girls and are at the center of the Girl Scout Movement. Time commitment can vary and the provided training gives you the necessary tools to be a successful troop leader.
Adult Learning Facilitators are needed. For those that carry both the heart of a teacher and professional expertise to help adult volunteers become successful Girl Scout leaders. Adult learning courses are offered throughout central and Western Massachusetts and run year-round.
