On Sept. 25, many, including the Schneider Family, attended the Ice Cream Social in honor of Mal Schneider’s generous donation to build a new playground to commemorate his wife Sally’s “special” birthday. The playground is located at the Springfield Jewish Community Center (JCC), a non-profit organization offering educational, cultural and recreational programs for all.
