WILBRAHAM – On Nov. 11 Wilbraham residents gathered at Crane Park’s Veterans Memorial to honor the town’s veterans, as well as the country’s.
Remarks regarding their efforts in creating a more positive environment in the community for veterans as well as in Massachusetts as a whole were offered by both state Sen. Eric Lesser as well as state Rep. Angelo Puppolo. Puppolo stated that Massachusetts is “the best state” when it comes to offering veteran’s services.
The Minnechaug marching band was also featured, as they played various anthems and songs to open and close the event.
